Description

The Kyoritsu 6011A is a 5 in 1 Digital Multifunction Tester capable of continuity, insulation, loop, prospective short current (PSC) and RCD trip testing.

Advanced multifunction instrument that can perform continuity testing up to 2000Ω. A polarity switch function is available for continuity testing as well as an auto-null facility to ensure precise readings. The 6011A model can additionally test insulation resistance. This can be measured up to 200MΩ with a 1000V DC test voltage.

Furthermore, the Kyoritsu 6011A can perform loop and RCD testing. This includes testing across a large RCD range of current ratings (10/30/100/300/500/1000 mA). Loop testing can be performed up to 2000Ω and with a low short circuit current of 15mA, to prevent the tripping of RCDs. As well as loop and RCD testing, the prospective short current (PSC) can also be measured.

The Kyoritsu 6011A integrates several safety features including a live circuit warning LED to indicate the circuit under test is live. The instrument is supplied with test leads (including test lead with IEC connector), case, external earth probe, shoulder strap and batteries.
