Entering your tips

One you have registered, your tips can be entered on the ESPN Footy Tipping website or through the ESPN Footy Tipping app on your mobile.  From here you can track how you are going.

Tips must be entered prior to each round commencing. Tips cannot be accepted after the round has started. If you forget to tip a round you will be automatically allocated every away team for that round.

The Nitty-Grittys…

• You will receive weekly leaderboard updates on Brandis Hires Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages;
• Blind Rounds: There are no blind rounds;
• Joker Rounds: There will be double point joker rounds. Joker rounds will be nominated prior to the round starting;
• Perfect Rounds: Tip all games correctly in a round and you’ll receive 1 additional bonus point; and
• Winners will be announced on the Brandis Hire Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages at the end of the season. You must have some association with Brandis Hire to be eligible for any prizes. Prizes will be awarded shortly after.

Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to claim and the reward form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Brandis Hire Pty Ltd, Unit 3, 42 Cessna Drive, Caboolture, QLD, 4510 ABN 43 612 478 672.
3. Entry is only open to genuine Brandis Hire customers as at 3rd March 2024.
4. The promotion commences on 3rd March 2024 and finishes on 6th October 2024 (Promotional Period). These dates are subject to change with the official AFL and NRL season dates.
5. Prizes must be claimed within 4 weeks following the completion of the Promotional Period.
6. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its agencies associated with this Promotion (including their employees) are not liable and do not accept responsibility for:
a. Participant’s tips that are not received or which are received and subsequently corrupted or rejected by the Web Site server;
b. The Web Site not being available for use at any time;
c. Any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference; or
d. Any tax liability incurred by a Participant.
7. Information about Participants is used by the Promoter to assess and process registration in the Promotion. If an applicant does not provide the required information, the Promoter cannot process the registration. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. Information emanating from the Participant’s participation in the Promotion is used by the Promoter and its agents for the purpose of determining Promotion results. Participants hereby given their consent to publishing their name and Score in the results section of the Web Site and as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any loss of reputation, status, or otherwise in connection with a Participant’s tipping selections and consequential results. It is a condition of entry that Participants consent to these uses and disclosures of their information for purposes of the Promotions.
8. Participants consent to Brandis Hire using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media in relation to this promotion and customer testimonials for marketing activity as required.
9. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, Brandis Hire accepts no liability for any event, circumstances, loss or expense arising from the promotion or the taking or use of a reward by the Participant or any other person.
10. Brandis Hire reserves the right to verify the eligibility of a Participant for a Relevant Promotion and to disqualify any entrant who Brandis Hire reasonably believes has breached these terms for a Relevant Promotion, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to risk fair and proper conduct of this promotion. If Brandis Hire fails to enforce any of its rights at any stage this does not constitute a waiver of those rights and rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved. In all instances, Brandis Hire’s decision is final.
11. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Brandis Hire’s ability to proceed with the promotion on the dates and in the manner described, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Brandis Hire may in its absolute discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and / or recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any applicable laws.
12. In addition to any use that may be outlined above, sending entrants publications and communications about events, promotions, products and services. This includes distributing marketing material for goods and services offered by Brandis Hire, its related bodies corporate and businesses which have arrangements with Brandis Hire or its related bodies corporate. Participants agree that communications with them may be sent by post, email and SMS.
13. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct or administration of any Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
14. By signing up to the competition, the Participant agrees to receive emails from sales@brandishire.com.au that include but are not limited to leader board updates and events from the prior week’s games.
15. Privacy Notice: By entering this promotion, entrants’ consent to the retention, use and disclosure of their personal information by Brandis Hire in the following ways:
a. For the purposes of the promotion and any matter connected to the promotion; and
b. For publicity purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration, compensation or prior notice to the entrant.
16. Brandis Hire may disclose personal information to third parties for the above purposes including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required to Australian regulatory authorities. For the purpose of conducting this promotion and sending offers and information to entrants, Brandis Hire will not disclose the entrant’s personal information to entities outside of Australia.
