Our Story: A Better Way to Hire

Brandis Hire was born from direct industry experience. Founded in 2016 by Cameron Brandis, an Engineer and Electrician with a decade of hands-on experience in the high-voltage sector, our company was built to solve a problem he knew all too well.

While running his own high-energy electrical construction and maintenance company, Cameron saw a clear need for a technical equipment hire service that was truly focused on the customer—one that offered superior service, streamlined processes, and genuine support. With this vision, Brandis Hire was established.

Our Mission

From the very beginning, our goal has been to create a better and more efficient way for you to access the technical equipment your projects require. We built our business around three core principles that guide us to this day:

Our Journey and Growth

With a passion for helping people discover a new standard in hiring, we opened our first office in Caboolture, Queensland. As our reputation for reliable service grew, so did our team, our range of equipment, and our operations.

  • July 2019: We expanded our reach by opening our second office in Williamstown North, Victoria, bringing the Brandis Hire standard of service to Melbourne.
  • January 2022: Following our successful navigation of the COVID-19 pandemic’s challenges, we were proud to open our third office, further expanding our capacity to serve clients across Australia.

Through continuous learning and hard work, we strive to ensure that our staff, systems, and services remain innovative. This dedication allows us to be a positive influence on our customers and deliver service excellence every time.

What’s Next for Brandis Hire?

While we are excited about how far we’ve come, we’re always looking ahead. Our next steps include expanding our footprint to Perth and then Adelaide, with potential satellite branches in Darwin, Tasmania, or the Pilbara to serve our remote customers better.

We also plan to launch new Calibrations and Training arms of the business, extending our ability to support your project needs from start to finish.
