The DV Power BLU200A Battery Load Unit is a versatile battery capacity test set that operates as a standalone unit or through PC control. Built with advanced power electronics, integrated cooling, and a lightweight design, it provides a reliable solution for battery testing in the field and the workshop.

Test engineers use the BLU200A to perform accurate battery capacity tests in accordance with IEEE 450-2010, IEEE 1188-2005, IEEE 1106-2015, IEC 60896-11/22, and other relevant standards. In addition, the system supports constant current, constant power, constant resistance, and custom load profile testing.

The BLU200A delivers discharge currents of up to 340 A and supports battery voltages up to 500 V. Furthermore, users can connect multiple BLU units in parallel when higher discharge current or power is required.

The unit can also perform discharge testing while the battery remains connected to a load. It measures the load current throughout the test and automatically factors it into the results, ensuring accurate performance data.

For greater testing capacity, users can connect DV Power BXL External Load Units. Additionally, the BLU200A integrates with Battery Voltage Supervisor (BVS) and Battery Voltage Recorder (BVR) systems, creating a comprehensive battery evaluation solution for detailed condition assessment.
